Archiving Policy

Data and Journal Preservation Policy

Data Archiving with Zenodo: The data contents related to articles published in this journal are actively deposited in Zenodo, a trusted data repository that offers long-term preservation for deposited data. Zenodo is hosted by CERN, and the projected lifespan of this repository is at least the next twenty years, coinciding with the lifetime of the host laboratory. Zenodo is committed to ensuring that all deposited data is securely stored and preserved for the long term. Authors and researchers can trust that their data will be safely archived and easily accessible for future reference. For more information on Zenodo’s policies, please visit https://about.zenodo.org/policies/.

Journal Preservation with PKP Preservation Network (PN): In addition to Zenodo, this journal is also preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PN), which provides free and reliable preservation services for any Open Journal Systems (OJS) journal that meets a few basic criteria. The PKP|PN Plugin, available from the Plugin Gallery, ensures that the entire journal is archived securely and is protected against data loss. This integration guarantees that all published content remains accessible for the long term, even in the event of a catastrophic failure of the hosting server. To enable this service, please ask your journal administrator to install the PKP|PN Plugin. More details about the PKP Preservation Network can be found on their official site.

By combining the strengths of both Zenodo and the PKP Preservation Network, we are committed to ensuring the longevity and accessibility of both your data and the published journal content. This dual approach not only safeguards the integrity of the research data but also ensures the continuous availability of the scholarly work published within our journal.
