Relationships
Reader Relationship
In the field of editing, it is of utmost importance to ensure that the materials being published are apt and desirable, meeting the expectations of the intended audience. In order to ensure this, we have a strict policy of only accepting original contributions that add value to the reader, researcher, practitioner, and the literature in general. Additionally, we value the feedback provided by our readers, researchers, and practitioners and always strive to provide an informative response to their comments. Our commitment to transparency is evident in the disclosure of any funding provided to support the published research to our readers. Rest assured, our dedication to upholding the highest standards in publishing remains unwavering.
Author Relationship
Our team takes a thorough and comprehensive approach when evaluating articles for acceptance into our journal. We carefully consider the article's importance, originality, validity, and clarity of expression, ensuring that it aligns with the goals and objectives of our publication. Once a study is accepted for evaluation and publication, we maintain our commitment to it unless significant issues arise that warrant its withdrawal. Our editor values the input of our reviewers and only disregards their feedback in cases where there are serious issues with the study. Additionally, we uphold the decisions made by our predecessors and do not overturn publishing decisions without good reason. We understand the importance of transparency in our evaluation process and provide a detailed and public description of it. Lastly, we value our authors and provide them with descriptive and informative feedback, helping them to improve and refine their work.
Reviewer Relationship
Our selection process for reviewers is rigorous and thorough. We take great care in matching the expertise of the reviewer to the subject of the study. This ensures that we receive feedback that is informed, insightful, and relevant. Once selected, we provide our reviewers with clear guidance on how to evaluate the research. We also take steps to disclose and manage any conflicts of interest between authors and reviewers. By doing so, we ensure that the review process is fair, transparent, and objective.
To maintain a blind review process, we keep the identity of our reviewers confidential. This is important because it allows reviewers to evaluate the research without any biases or preconceptions. We expect our reviewers to provide constructive, unbiased, and scientific commentary. Any unkind or unscientific commentary is not tolerated. We take this very seriously because we believe that the review process is a vital part of the research process.
After the review process is complete, we evaluate our reviewers based on their timely response and the quality of their observations. This helps us to ensure that our reviewers are providing feedback that is useful and informative. We also regularly assess and supplement our pool of reviewers to ensure that we have a wide range of expertise. This allows us to provide the best possible feedback to our authors and helps to ensure that our research is of the highest quality.
Editorial Board Relationship
An editor should have the responsibility to work closely with the esteemed editorial board members to ensure that they remain updated with the latest policies and advancements of the journal. In order to keep them informed, the editor should conduct regular meetings and announcements, and also provide necessary training to new members. Furthermore, the editor should offer extensive support to the board members throughout their tenure as a journal supporter.
It is imperative for an individual to possess relevant skills and expertise to qualify as an editorial board member. The members must evaluate the studies with impartiality and independence, and it is necessary for them to have suitable expertise to assess appropriate articles. Hence, the selection process is stringent and only the most qualified individuals are given the opportunity to become a part of the editorial board.
As an editor, I hold the responsibility of maintaining regular contact with the editorial board. I schedule regular meetings to discuss the development of editorial policies and other critical aspects of journal management. Our objective is to publish high-quality research papers that contribute significantly to the scientific community. Therefore, our editorial policies are designed to ensure that the journal maintains its high standards of quality and excellence.
